The most exciting element of aging and dyeing for film and television is giving the clothes the memories of their journey. Using an airbrush, I can add years of sweat and dirt on a pair of overalls that have been worn tirelessly in maintaining the farm that has been in a family for generations. I can custom dye a piece of fabric that elevates it to suit the designer’s vision and highlight an actor’s skin tone. I can collaborate with the costume team to create predictable and repeatable solutions for the designer, the actor, the set costumers, and the director.

With my theatrical and textile background, I also bring a unique set of skills to my work. In addition to having typical AGD skills (dye, paint, airbrush, blood, distress, etc,) I have skills in embroidery, millinery, crocheting, knitting, weaving, sewing, patterning, leatherwork, and screenprinting/vinyl customization.
